Adjusting the settings on this specially modified variant of Jesse Moore's freeware Dir2txt enables you to make a text file of the actual URLs in a folder of Windows favorites. This can be a very useful tool if you need a list of the links in a folder.

Note: I don't use this program very often so I can never remember the proper settings to get it to output the URLs. I always have to tinker with it for a few minutes to get it working so I suppose one could say it isn't very user friendly but it does work very nicely once it's set up and it's hard to argue with the price.
