Indian Recipes

Indian Recipes (1 of 2) -- The following is a transcription of Somesh Rao's "The Graduate Student's Guide To Indian Recipes". Due to the length of the File it has been cut into two parts. As the original order in chapters was retained, the alphabetical Contents does not correspond directly with the order in the file. It would be best to paste the files together, giving you Somesh Rao's book as a whole.
Indian Recipes (2 of 2) -- Part Two of Somesh Rao's "The Graduate Student's Guide To Indian Recipes".

Ruchiskitchen.com -- Saraswat Infohub intends to provide its surfers with a lot of information under one umbrella and this site contains carefully selected recipes, which are rich, authentic, scrumptious, fascinating, delicious and exotic. Besides recipes it will provide you with a glossary of Indian food, useful kitchen hints, the "armory" of the Indian kitchen, Indian festivals, Party Menus, Kids Stories, Weight Watchers Section and much more information which will enhance your knowledge.

HotDishes.com -- This one was difficult to classify. They have vegetarian, non-vegetarian, Indo-Chinese, Italian & American recipes as well, but Indian recipes seem to be their forte.

Chinese Recipes

Chinese Nice Food -- By Danzo, and while I normally try very hard to use good grammar on these pages (or at least the best I can manage) the author's own words are the best one's to place here: "please don't mind the wrong grammar there are, please also don't mind the web is written so simple, it is more important that you will like the recipes I wrote." [editors note: Just click "No" on the four meg download for Chinese character support, you won't need it to read the site in English, and as far as editing goes, I added two commas to help make his meaning clear. I just couldn't stand not to, but that's all I changed.]

Chinese Recipes -- A part of the Recipe Archive hosted by Carnegie Mellon's School of Computer Science.

mereChina -- Several pages of tasty looking recipes.

Stuart's Chinese -- A funny little page from Scotland, with a modest but popular list of recipes.
